Young, dynamic, stylish, K-Pop stars lookalike. Who could ever think the twin brothers, Aaron Tan and Alex Tan with those charming traits are tutors and trainers?
With over 75,000 facebook followers and 10,000 students online, Aaron and Alex are taking the world of tuition by storm.
As students, they proved their commitment in their studies, scoring straight A’s in their UPSR and SPM exams.
As graduates, they became top students in SEGi College, Kuala Lumpur, earning a Diploma in Accounting. Obviously, with these academic excellence, they know the “formula” to score “A” and be at the top.
So they shared their knowledge by providing tuition to students while still studying in SEGi College. Such passion to educate students took on a big leap with the establishment of Top Scholar Education Group in 2015. Like all success story, their tuition centre experienced a humble beginning and slow business.
But they managed to find a solution by “schooling” themselves again. This time, sharpening their business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills by learning from the world’s top trainers like Tony Robbins, Dan Lok, Peng Joon. Aaron and Alex even enrolled into top university, Harvard Business Online for this purpose.
Hence, after all the trainings, they were ready to transform. They knew the only way to get out from the Covid-19 pandemic is a game changing plan.
Hence, they converted all their physical classes into online learning in 2020. It works! Top Scholar charted a whopping RM2 million sales revenue in just a year during the nationwide lockdown.
All their videos gained a total viewership of 4.8 million and they had over 75,000 facebook followers. Aaron and Alex are also the recipients of Best Performance Individual Award by the world-renowned Taiwan’s training institution, Chia Hsin Wisdom.
In short, the brothers have finally turned failure into success. And there is no stopping for them to make it even bigger!
